Privacy policy (Datenschutz)

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller under the GDPR is Hassan Hassanzadeh Aliabadi, Weißenfelser Str. 9, 04229 Leipzig, Germany. Email: hello@avtak.dev. This is a private website of one person. There is no company behind it.

2. In short

This site has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no contact form. It loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. The hosting provider keeps technical logs, including your IP address, to keep the site secure.

3. Hosting and security

When you open this site, the hosting provider records technical data: your IP address, browser type and version, the time and the page you requested. Cloudflare checks requests for automated abuse. For this it may add a small security script and set short-lived security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance). They are used only for bot detection.

Purpose: to deliver the site, keep it available and detect attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is a secure and available website.

4. When you email me

If you write to hello@avtak.dev, I process your email address, your message and the time it arrived, in order to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is answering your message. If your message is about a job or a project, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. I delete the email when the conversation has ended and no legal duty requires me to keep it.

5. Who receives data

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): hosting, DNS, security and request logs, and the forwarding of email sent to hello@avtak.dev. Cloudflare processes data on my instructions under its data processing agreement. Transfer basis: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

Google (Google LLC, USA): email sent to hello@avtak.dev is forwarded to and stored in a Gmail mailbox. Google provides Gmail under its own terms. I have no separate data processing agreement with Google for it. Transfer basis: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To use a right, email hello@avtak.dev. I answer within one month.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Where I process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. I will then stop, unless I can show compelling legitimate grounds, or the processing is needed for legal claims.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is the Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Maternistraße 17, 01067 Dresden, Germany, www.datenschutz.sachsen.de.

7. Changes

I update this policy when the site, its providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the last change. Legal notice: Impressum.
